A business service company is seeking Recruiters to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some overtime on Saturday and Sunday.

 

Duties:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Administer pre-employment testing and background checks as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future job openings

 

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Must be proficient in using recruiting software, applicant tracking systems, and job boards
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is needed
