ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Since opening the agency in 2017, we've built a team-focused environment where people are encouraged to grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work each day. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in a corporate environment before pursuing agency ownership through the Aspirant Program.

I graduated from Clemson University with a Business degree and am proud to be a fourth-generation Clemson graduate. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, following sports, and staying involved in the community. I currently serve as a Board Member for Pickens Habitat for Humanity and actively support local nonprofits and community initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Daniel Webber - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
