ABOUT OUR AGENCY

Our agency opened in 2019 and is a team of four full-time members who value hard work, family, and enjoying what we do. I always knew I wanted to be a business owner, and after being recruited by State Farm, I saw the opportunity to build something meaningful while helping families protect their future. I graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in Management. My wife and I have two kids, and we’re a very active family. We spend a lot of time at Clemson sporting events, supporting our daughter in travel ball, and taking family vacations whenever we can. Family time is important to us, and that perspective shapes the way I lead the office. I stay involved in the community through the Clemson Chamber, Clemson Rotary Club, and First Baptist Church of Clemson. Being connected locally matters to me and to our agency. As a Customer Service Representative with Gene Dukes - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS
