Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Gaffney, SC

Qualifications and Requirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid South Carolina SLP license Current South Carolina Educator Certificate Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working full time and onsite throughout the school year Primary Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings for students K-12 with speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals Deliver direct therapy services and consult with classroom teachers to support student achievement Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state policies Participate in IEP meetings, providing input as part of an interdisciplinary team Serve as a resource for classroom teachers regarding speech and language concerns Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and confidence This position provides an excellent opportunity for experienced and early-career SLPs passionate about working in schools to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.
