Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will support Business Execution by proactively seeking ways to improve processes and performing moderately complex administrative support tasks. You will interact with client personnel on a range of information, receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine questions as needed. This role focuses on completing Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and quality controls related to contract packages for new Merchant Services accounts prior to onboarding. You will also complete CIP/CDD activities aligned with AML policies and work within the boarding platform.

Responsibilities:

• Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives.
• Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews prior to account opening.
• Use technical expertise in the designated area to resolve escalated issues.
• Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support.
• Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within the Operations functional area.
• Assist staff, managers, and colleagues by providing guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures.
• Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests.
• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Interact with internal customers.
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing knowledge of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong working knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC), AML, BSA, CIP, and CDD compliance processes.
• Proven experience in quality monitoring and/or assurance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume workloads and adhere to SLAs.
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in auditing, quality assurance, and underwriting (preferred).
• Banking experience (preferred).

Pay Range: $25-$28/hr on W2.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
