RN Neuro ICUThis is a 12-hour shift three days each week, with the shift schedule being from 19:00 - 07:30, total of 36 hours per week. RN Neuro ICU with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), The National Institutes of Health (NIH), need two professional references. Requirements: Experience three years.Responsibilities:Administering solutions and medications such as vasopressors and sedativesManaging airwayControlling body temperatureFacilitating brain death testingManaging drains, including extraventricular drains (EVD) in the brainAdministering medicationMonitoring intracerebral pressure (ICP) levelsAssessing neurological conscious and unconscious patientsOverseeing organ donation and procurementSupporting and educating patient and familyProviding palliative and end-of-life care
