Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist

Location: Tuba City, AZ

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule:
• 7 On / 7 Off
• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Wednesday to Tuesday)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join a collaborative pharmacy team serving a diverse patient population across inpatient and outpatient settings. This opportunity is ideal for pharmacists with strong clinical knowledge and medication management experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients
• Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately and safely
• Monitor patient medication therapies and ensure appropriate clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide clinical pharmacy services for neonatal, pediatric, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, pharmacy regulations, and safety standards
• Participate in inpatient and outpatient clinical pharmacy operations
• Support pharmacy staff, technicians, and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication documentation using Allscripts EMR
• Work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules as required

Requirements:
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-recognized school required
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in any U.S. State or Territory required
• Current AHA BLS/BCLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist required
• Minimum 1 year of Clinical Pharmacist experience required
• Strong clinical knowledge and medication management skills required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment required

Additional Information:
• Fingerprinting clearance required prior to start
• Orientation scheduled every 2 weeks
• Holiday coverage required
• COVID & Flu exemptions may be accepted with declination form
