Aquatics Programs Lead - Safety, Coaching & Growth
Life Time Inc.
Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to support the Manager in overseeing all aquatic programs, including Family Swim, swim lessons, swim team and masters. The role ensures safe operations and sound financial management while leading the Aquatics team. The position requires lifeguard certification, CPR/First Aid, and supervisory experience, with a focus on safety, guest service and staff development.
