Legal Recruiting Manager

International Law Firm is searching for an experienced Senior Manager of Legal Recruiting to lead attorney recruitment initiatives for our New York office. This high-impact role will oversee lateral associate hiring, judicial clerk recruitment, and law student recruiting programs while partnering closely with firm leadership, hiring committees, and practice groups to attract exceptional talent. What You'll Do: Lead and manage associate, judicial clerk, and summer associate recruiting programs. Oversee all aspects of law student recruiting, including campus outreach, interview programs, candidate evaluations, callback interviews, and offer management. Build and maintain strong relationships with law schools, career services professionals, and student organizations to strengthen the firm's recruiting brand. Partner with practice group leaders to identify hiring needs and develop strategies for lateral associate recruiting. Manage judicial clerk hiring processes and support former associates returning from clerkships. Analyze recruiting data and metrics to provide insights that drive hiring decisions and recruiting strategy. What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience managing attorney recruitment programs within a law firm environment. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience. Strong knowledge of legal recruiting, including law student, lateral, and judicial clerk hiring. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, business professionals, and candidates at all levels. Experience with recruiting databases, preferably viRecruit or similar recruitment management systems. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Why Join?
