This position is ideal for individuals whothrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment who understand theimportant role warehouse operations play within the setting of a fast growingbusiness.An ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or in aretail/consumer products setting, ideally having some experience shippingpackages.All candidates should bedetail oriented, highly dependable, dedicated to their work and haveuncompromising ethics.The WA position is a part time position (2-3 full days) to startwith the opportunity for growth to a full time position.Pay starts at $20/hour.Duties/ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment and Customer Service·Processing, packing and fulfilling online orderswith accuracy·Preparing accurate and appropriate shipmentlabels for online orders·Contribute to direct to consumer (DTC) customerservice including but not limited to: communicating with DTC customers toensure order accuracy and completion, address and inventory errors, product andother inquiries, return assistance.·Processing, packing and fulfilling wholesaleorders with accuracy·Handling wholesale orders from point of pickticket creation to shipping and invoicingProduct and Inventory·Interfacing with inventory and shipping software·Prepping/tagging/labeling of product forshipment·Quality control of incoming and outgoingproducts·Address and complete warranty and repairrequests and needs·Unloading and organizing product shipments asthey arrive·Counting, outflowing and recording inventoryaccurately·Maintaining back stock and pick shelf stocklevelsOther Duties·Answering phones and directing calls asappropriate·Assisting Warehouse team members in completionof their assigned tasks·Weigh, sort and record warehouse waste andrecycling·Work with Warehouse Manager to maintainlevels of office and shipping supplies·Ma
