Coordinated Entry SSO Program Coordinator

Role Description The Coordinated Entry SSO Program Coordinator is a full-time, on‑site role based in Wisconsin Dells, WI. This position involves overseeing daily operations of the Coordinated Entry Program, including managing the intake and referral processes for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Responsibilities include building and maintaining partnerships with local service providers, coordinating logistics, monitoring project timelines, inspecting program compliance, and ensuring efficient service delivery. The Coordinator will also work closely with various stakeholders to improve and implement processes, and ensure efficient outcomes for program participants. Qualifications Experience in Expeditor and Expediting processes, ensuring timely delivery of program objectives Proficiency in Project Management and ability to manage timelines and resources effectively Strong skills in Inspection and ensuring compliance with established standards and policies Experience in Logistics Management with the ability to coordinate efficiently between multiple teams and resources Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders Experience or familiarity with nonprofit or social service programs is a plus Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
