Marketing Director

American Safety Services, Inc. is seeking a creative, organized, and self-driven Marketing Coordinator (Manager) to lead and manage the company’s marketing efforts across multiple departments, services, locations, and platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to balance strategic marketing responsibilities with the day-to-day creative needs of a fast-paced company serving the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Management Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies that support business goals, sales initiatives, customer relationships, and company growth. Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual standards across all departments and company locations. Develop marketing campaigns for company services, training programs, hiring initiatives, products, events, sponsorships, and special promotions. Work directly with company leadership, department managers, sales teams, HR, and operations to identify marketing needs and opportunities. Manage multiple marketing projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously. Ensure all external-facing materials professionally represent the American Safety brand. Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness throughout the Permian Basin and other markets served by the company. Social Media & Content Creation Manage company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube . Develop and maintain a consistent social media and content calendar. Write, design, schedule, and publish engaging content highlighting company services, employees, training, events, projects, hiring opportunities, safety initiatives, and company culture. Develop both short-form and long-form content for various platforms. Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, and content performance. Respond to and coordinate appropriate online engagement as needed. Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and opportunities relevant to the company's audience. Graphic Design & Creative Design professional marketing materials including flyers, brochures, service sheets, catalogs, presentations, signage, advertisements, social media graphics, digital graphics, and event materials. Create and maintain branded templates for company departments and sales teams. Maintain consistency across company logos, colors, fonts, photography, and other visual brand elements. Coordinate printing, signage, promotional items, branded merchandise, and other materials with outside vendors. Photography, Videography & Drone Content Capture professional photo and video content at company locations, training courses, jobsites, customer events, community events, and other company activities. Edit photography and video content for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials. Safely operate a drone to capture aerial photography and videography of company facilities, equipment, field operations, events, and projects. Email Marketing Develop, design, and distribute professional email marketing campaigns. Create email campaigns promoting company services, training courses, events, hiring initiatives, announcements, and special promotions. Maintain and organize customer and marketing email lists. Monitor email performance including open rates, click rates, engagement, and other campaign metrics. Use campaign results to improve future email marketing efforts. Website, SEO & Google Business Manage and regularly update company website content. Create and update service pages, employment information, training information, events, company news, and other website content. Maintain basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices to improve online visibility. Monitor website traffic, visitor behavior, and website performance. Manage and maintain company Google Business Profiles for applicable locations. Monitor online reviews and coordinate appropriate company responses when necessary. Assist with maintaining customer-facing digital resources and online registration platforms. Digital Advertising Develop and coordinate paid digital advertising campaigns. Manage or coordinate advertising through social media platforms and other digital channels. Coordinate geofencing campaigns and targeted digital advertising initiatives. Develop creative assets and messaging for digital campaigns. Monitor advertising performance and make recommendations based on campaign results. Coordinate with outside advertising agencies and vendors when necessary. Assist with Google Ads and other search advertising initiatives as applicable. Events, Sponsorships & Community Relations Plan, coordinate, promote, and support company events, trade shows, safety events, hiring events, customer events, sponsorships, and community initiatives. Coordinate event logistics including registration, vendors, promotional materials, signage, giveaways, food, branded materials, and event setup. Develop pre-event, live-event, and post-event marketing content. Represent American Safety professionally at industry and community events. Identify sponsorship, networking, and promotional opportunities throughout the Permian Basin and surrounding markets. Coordinate with industry organizations, community partners, customers, and vendors as needed. Capture photography and video content during company events. Work closely with sales personnel to develop materials that support customer outreach and business development. Create service-specific marketing campaigns for various departments within the company. Develop brochures, service sheets, presentations, email campaigns, graphics, and other materials for sales initiatives. Help translate technical service information into clear, professional, customer-friendly marketing content. Maintain updated marketing materials so sales and operations teams have access to current information. Support new service launches and company growth initiatives with appropriate marketing campaigns. Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Support company-wide internal communications. Develop employee recognition, company culture, recruiting, and hiring campaigns. Work with HR and department leadership to promote employment opportunities and hiring events. Assist with company initiatives designed to strengthen employee engagement and company culture. Marketing Analytics & Reporting Track social media, email, website, digital advertising, and campaign performance. Monitor key marketing metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare marketing reports for company leadership. Use analytics to determine which campaigns, platforms, and content are producing results. Make recommendations based on data and campaign performance. Track growth in website traffic, social media engagement, email performance, and other marketing channels. Assist with developing and managing the annual marketing budget. Track marketing expenditures, advertising costs, subscriptions, promotional purchases, and event expenses. Manage relationships with marketing vendors, advertising companies, printers, promotional product companies, photographers, media partners, and other outside providers. Obtain quotes and coordinate production timelines for marketing projects. Manage marketing software, platforms, subscriptions, and other department resources. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. 1+ year of professional marketing, communications, or related experience preferred. Experience in oil and gas, energy, industrial services, safety, construction, or another B2B industry strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent proofreading and attention to detail. Strong graphic design and visual communication abilities. Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills. Ability to manage projects independently from concept through completion. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and regionally as needed. Required Technical Skills Candidates should have working knowledge and experience with: Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Google Business Profile Social media management Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok YouTube Website content management Wix or similar website platforms Basic SEO Website and social media analytics Photography and videography equipment Photo and video editing Drone operation and aerial content creation Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and digital advertising platforms is preferred.
