HR Coordinator

If an opportunity arises, we want to have you as available and active in our system.The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience supporting core HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day HR operations and administrative activitiesAssist with new-hire onboarding, including paperwork, I-9 documentation, background checks, and employee setupMaintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel filesUpdate employee information in the HRIS and other internal systemsAssist with employee changes, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboardingCoordinate employee documentation and HR formsRespond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and company programsPartner with Payroll and Benefits teams to help resolve employee questions and discrepanciesAssist with benefits administration and enrollment activitiesSupport recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, candidate communications, and pre-employment processesPrepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentationAssist with compliance-related activities and required employment documentationHelp coordinate employee events, training, and internal HR initiativesMaintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee informationProvide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
