We are proactively recruiting for HR Administrators to join the Robert Half network. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources departmentMaintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR recordsAssist with new hire onboarding, including paperwork, I-9 documentation, background checks, and system setupProcess employee changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and personal information updatesEnter and maintain employee information within the company’s HRISAssist with benefits administration and employee benefit questionsSupport payroll and timekeeping processes by providing accurate employee information and documentationPrepare HR reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and internal communicationsAssist with employment verifications and other employee documentation requestsTrack employee records, certifications, compliance documentation, and required formsHelp coordinate interviews, recruiting activities, and candidate communications when neededSupport employee engagement activities, meetings, and company eventsRespond to routine employee questions and direct more complex matters to the appropriate HR team memberAssist with audits, compliance projects, and other HR initiativesMaintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee informationPerform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned
