Position Overview The Clinician II provides behavioral health assessment, intervention, treatment planning, crisis response, and care coordination services to youth and families participating in the WRAP/Youth Empowerment Program (YEP). Services are delivered in schools, homes, community settings, and Kings View offices throughout Madera County. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and case management services. Deliver school-based and community-based behavioral health services. Participate in SST, IEP, Section 504, multidisciplinary team, and school collaboration meetings. Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, risk assessment, and safety planning. Coordinate referrals and linkage to community, educational, and behavioral health resources. Collaborate with families, schools, community partners, and county agencies. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in outreach, engagement, and community education activities. Ensure compliance with county, grant, contract, and program requirements. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Current California BBS registration or license in good standing. Valid California Driver’s License and insurable driving record. Experience providing behavioral health services to children, youth, and families. Preferred Qualifications: School-based behavioral health experience. Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience with trauma-informed care and positive youth development.
