The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a commercially driven, hands-on GTM leader who is excited about building a sales function from the ground up.
You’ll likely have:
- 3–7+ years of B2B SaaS sales/GTM experience , ideally within an early-stage startup.
- A strong track record of personally closing new business and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
- Experience selling HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, AI SaaS or another B2B software product is highly desirable.
- Experience building or improving outbound sales motions, messaging, ICPs and GTM playbooks .
- Confidence selling to senior decision-makers and business leaders .
- A builder mentality — comfortable operating without an established sales playbook or large support team.
- Strong understanding of CRM, pipeline management, forecasting and modern sales tooling .
- Excellent communication, discovery, negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Ambition to take significant ownership of Hireko’s commercial growth and potentially build and lead a wider GTM team as the company scales .
This is a great fit for someone who has been a top-performing AE, Founding AE, Sales Lead or early GTM hire and now wants more ownership over the entire commercial function.
