Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in the day-to-day operations of an assigned facility. Reporting to the onsite management team, this position is responsible for overseeing production performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across all operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and senior leadership. • Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility.
• Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards.
• Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retaining warehouse staff.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor labor costs, minimize waste, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Serve as the main communication link between operations, employees, and customers.
