Job Title Soybean Production Supervisor Pay Range $90,000 - $115,000 Location Chesapeake, VA 23323 Will provide relocation What's the Job? Support daily operations that drive efficiency and profitability within the soybean crushing facility. Lead and manage production activities, ensuring processes run safely, reliably, and in alignment with quality and performance standards. Guide team members through training, development, and performance management to foster a high-performing workforce. Monitor production goals, optimize workflows, and partner across teams to maintain consistent output and operational excellence. Oversee safety, environmental compliance, and routine maintenance programs to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment. What's Needed? Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Chemical Engineering, Management, or Business; or 5 years of management experience in lieu of degree. Someone with strong management experience in on of the following area(s) is a FIRM requirement Milling, Extraction or Grain Handling Understanding of manufacturing technologies and safety programs.
