Quality Engineer

What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package Stable, growing manufacturing environment Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement Exposure to cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership The opportunity to make a measurable impact on product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance What You Need Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment Experience with quality methodologies such as: APQP PPAP FMEA SPC Control Plans Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.) Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality management systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels of an organization Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel What Your Role Will Look Like Lead investigations into quality issues and implement effective corrective actions Support customer, supplier, and internal quality concerns from identification through resolution Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Develop and maintain quality procedures, documentation, and standards Participate in new product launches and process changes to ensure quality requirements are met Conduct internal audits and support customer and third-party audit activities Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve process capability and product quality Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, waste, and variation Monitor quality performance metrics and report progress to key stakeholders If you're looking for an opportunity to influence quality strategy, improve manufacturing performance, and grow your career with a respected organization, we'd like to hear from you.
