Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement programs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and contributing to positive event experiences. Responsibilities Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities. Support on-site event operations and logistics. Welcome attendees and provide assistance throughout events. Help organize event materials, displays, and promotional resources. Support guest registration and attendee check-in processes. Maintain clean, organized, and professional event spaces. Assist with attendee engagement and customer interaction. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution. Gather feedback from attendees and support event reporting. Represent the company professionally during all event activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Information Competitive annual salary of $50,000 – $54,000.
