Deliver an excellent customer experience that consistently exceeds expectations. Provide value‑added solutions to enhance customers’ homes. Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked company truck. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED. EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification. Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools. Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances. Ability to follow instructions and processes to achieve quality workmanship. Proficiency with smartphones for part ordering. Successful completion of background & drug screening. Valid driver’s license for the state(s) of work. Ability to travel up to 100% of the time. Flexible work schedule, including overtime. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Physical capacity to lift, carry, push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs as required. Ability to reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and climb frequently. Valid driver’s license for automatic transmission vehicles. 1‑2 years of experience in appliance repair. Travel Requirement Road Warrior – 75% or more travel.
