Job Title: Production Associate Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate where you will play a crucial role in manufacturing small metal parts for Toyota vehicles. You will engage with large stamping presses, small machine welding stations, and production lines, ensuring high-quality output and efficient operations.

• Operate production lines efficiently.
• Push carts and move materials around the facility.
• Perform lifting and labor tasks with high attention to detail.
• Operate and assist in crane operations, moving and organizing large metal coils.
• Conduct quality checks on Toyota fuel lids to ensure they meet standards.
• Act as a liaison between production and shipping, assisting in product double-checks and pallet building.
• Setup and adjust machinery for press and weld tasks, troubleshoot when necessary.
• Perform quality audits on small metal parts using visual inspections and report findings to the quality team.
• Sharpen tips for the welding department using lathe and grinding machines.

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, and receiving.
• Ability to handle materials, assemble products, and manage inventory.
• Proficiency in material handling, picking, pallet jack operations, packing, loading, and general labor.
• Capability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day and lift 30+ lbs repeatedly.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a production facility or warehouse.
• Ability to interpret and understand work instructions and complete related paperwork.
• Open to performing additional job duties, including machine operating as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in San Antonio,TX.
