Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients, promoting optimal recovery and mobility. The ideal candidate will evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.

  Implement therapeutic interventions to promote mobility and pain reduction.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and family members on exercises and injury prevention techniques.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, treatment details, and progress notes accurately.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong knowledge of therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR and Erie certification as required.
