Pay Rate: $48.00 - $56.00 per Hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week assignment in Bradford, Pennsylvania . The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
