Store Sales Associate

Store Sales Associate – Murphy, TX Starting Pay Rate: $16.00/hour. Full‑Time Day Shift (Typical store hours). Overtime and weekends as needed. Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm Saturday: 8am – 12pm Sunday: Closed Key Responsibilities: Connecting with customers and making product recommendations. Mixing, tinting, and matching paint to meet customer specifications. Learning about PPC Brands and assisting customers in‑store. Processing orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email. Tinting and color matching for customer requirements. Safely handling, loading, and unloading products for stocking and order fulfillment. Supporting general store operations as needed. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license issued by the state in which the position is based, with a satisfactory driving record. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly. Customer service skills with a team‑oriented focus. Available to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime. Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
