Those in tax compliance focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws, reviewing and analyzing financial data, preparing and filing tax returns, and assisting businesses in meeting tax obligations while minimizing non‑compliance risks.

As a strategic advisor, you leverage influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results, motivate and coach others, solve complex problems, apply sound judgment, communicate effectively, and develop high‑performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

Opportunity

As part of the PwC Private team, a Senior Manager is expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, interact with senior clients, and drive overall project success. You will help clients adopt the right skills and technology to solve problems and achieve sustained outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Six years of experience.
• CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify.
• Ability to speak, read, and write Japanese.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $124,000 – $335,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
