Client Support Specialist - Vision Care

$19.43/hour | Full‑Time + great benefits
Hybrid / In‑Office – Kansas City, MO
Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

As a Client Support Specialist , you'll leverage your customer service expertise to support patients on their eye care journey. You'll work in a structured office setting where efficiency, accuracy, and compassion go hand in hand-while contributing to a mission focused on protecting and restoring sight.

• Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide order updates and clearly explain next steps in the care process.
• Conduct follow‑ups on expiring prescriptions and time‑sensitive treatments.
• Document interactions accurately across multiple systems.
• Manage several tasks simultaneously while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Work closely with your call center team to ensure a smooth, patient‑first experience.

• You're comfortable in fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environments .
• You've successfully handled 60+ calls per day or similar workloads.
• You're confident using multiple computer systems and learning new tools quickly.
• You stay organized, focused, and calm when priorities shift.
• You communicate clearly, listen actively, and know how to build rapport over the phone.
