Job Description
Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and self-sufficient Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) to join our team. This position requires confidence and expertise in various respiratory therapy procedures, as the therapist will be the sole provider of respiratory care during assigned shifts.

Schedule

• Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
• Work Schedule: 6 days on, followed by 8 days off
• Weekend Requirement: Yes, every other weekend

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP

Skills Required

• Experience in Emergency Room (ER) and Medical-Surgical (MS) settings
• Ability to provide care for Adult, Pediatric, and Neonate populations
• Proficient in Critical Care and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings
• Skilled in the use of ventilators, Vapotherm, and Bipap/CPAP systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience in critical access hospital environments

Special Requirements

Must be confident in independent practice, as the Respiratory Therapist will work alone for the duration of 12-hour shifts.
