The RN will assess emergency patients and develop personalized care plans. The role involves supervision of emergency technicians, orderlies, and support staff. The RN will work collaboratively to ensure high-quality patient care is delivered. The ideal candidate will possess skills in emergency care, with preferred certifications in PALS and TNCC. Candidates must be flexible and willing to float between areas as needed. This role is a critical component of the healthcare team, providing essential support in urgent medical situations.
