Snap

Snap is seeking a compensation professional to help design, implement, and maintain programs that attract and retain talent. Responsibilities include analyzing data and partnering with HR on compensation packages that are competitive and equitable. The ideal candidate should have a BS/BA degree, 5+ years in corporate compensation, and excellent communication skills.
