Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee - Training & Mentorship Available

Leads are provided , along with hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and proven systems designed to help you learn the business and start building momentum.

As a Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee, you’ll learn how to connect with potential clients, follow up with leads, work with buyers and sellers, show properties, and guide transactions from the first conversation through closing.

You’ll receive practical coaching to help you develop your sales skills, build confidence with clients, and learn the daily activities that create a productive real estate business.

No prior real estate experience is required. This opportunity is a strong fit for people who are motivated, coachable, comfortable working with others, and ready to put consistent effort into building their career.

Applicants may already have a real estate license or be actively working toward obtaining one.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

This is a commission-based opportunity , with income tied to individual activity, production, and results.

Compensation:

$115,400 - $196,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients by responding promptly to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct property showings, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of each property.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to develop effective strategies for negotiating offers and closing deals.
• Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques.
• Utilize provided leads to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing necessary documentation for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, showcasing your ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey property details and negotiate deals.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, supporting and learning from experienced agents.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your real estate knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Comfortable using technology and real estate software to track leads and manage client information efficiently.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
