If you are the kind of person who takes ownership, develops the people around you, and holds a high standard for quality and customer service — we want to talk.What You Will Earn $70,000 annual salary Performance-based bonuses and sales commission opportunity in year one Biweekly payWhat We Provide • Company vehicle and gas card • Company iPad or laptop • All tools and equipment needed for field work and leadership responsibilities • Partial uniform provision • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • The backing of nearly 50 years of brand credibility and industry expertiseWhat You Will Do • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of termite inspectors and technicians • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Termite Department, including scheduling, quality control, and customer escalations • Set and track team performance goals, holding the department to a high standard of service and professionalism • Conduct field inspections and quality checks alongside your team• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including handling complex accounts • Collaborate with senior leadership and other department heads to grow the business • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team moraleWhat We Are Looking For • Proven experience in the pest control or termite industry — field experience is essential • Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred • Valid Alabama WDO license (or ability to obtain one) • A hands-on leader who is not too proud to work alongside the team in the field • Strong organizational and communication skills • Customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve issues with professionalism and care • Valid Alabama driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to pass background check and drug screeningAt APS, our managers are not just supervisors — they are mentors, problem-solvers, and culture carriers.
