Tasks

You are responsible for the first- and second-level support of our employees and customers.
You are responsible for the planning, purchase, and rollout of software and hardware.
You organize and monitor maintenance and repair measures.
You train our employees and convey IT basic knowledge.
You take over the planning and implementation of EDI customer connections and infrastructure projects.
You maintain contact and information exchange with IT coordinators of other branches.
You develop applications for the automation and digitalization of the operational departments.

Qualifications

You have a completed training as an IT merchant (m/f/d), merchant (m/f/d) for digitalization management or a comparable qualification.
You are familiar with the common software and hardware environment and have good English skills.
You have programming skills and first experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
You have a driver's license class B.
You like to independently acquire a broad spectrum of knowledge regarding the systems used with us.
You have technical understanding and manual skills.
You are communicative and have a hands-on mentality.
