Experience as a DON is preferred.The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include:* Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.* Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training.* Train new nursing management.* Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys* Aid in the Plan of Correction processThe successful candidate for the Regional Director of Clinical Operations position will enjoy a competitive salary, based on experience, PTO plans, and a menu of benefit options from life and disability plans to medical, dental, and vision coverage from quality benefit carriers.
