We are seeking a Epic Training Manager with 5 years to lead the enterprise Epic training program across DSOHF, overseeing training strategy, curriculum, staff, readiness, and effectiveness for Epic implementations, upgrades, workflow changes, and ongoing optimization.
MANDATORY MUST HAVE:
Epic EHR training program management
Epic implementation, upgrade, or optimization experience
Leadership and management of Epic training teams
Development and management of Epic training curriculum and materials
Epic training methodologies and adult learning principles
Project management and implementation experience
Epic certification/credentialing is Highly desired
Experience supporting behavioral health, long-term care, or complex healthcare environments
Experience managing training for multi-site or enterprise Epic environments
