Job Responsibilities

• Support intraoperative functions by setting up the operating room, ensuring proper patient positioning, and managing surgical instruments
• Offer outstanding pre-operative and post-operative care that encompasses medication delivery, wound care, discharge plans, and patient education

Education Requirements

• Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Preferably, completion of clinical rotations focused on surgical practice

Certification Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure (or eligibility) for practice as a Physician Assistant
