The Press Operator operates assigned Flexographic printing equipment to create a label product which meets the customer’s specifications. **Night Shift Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and every other Thursday, 5pm-5:15am*****ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Operate press and run print jobs.* Set up press to run print job.* Read, understand and follow production work orders.* Utilize daily dispatch prioritizing production order due dates.* Produce label product which meets the quality standards.* Produce label products while maintaining efficient operation of equipment.* Maintain equipment and identify raw materials and tooling.* Accurately report production numbers daily.* Conduct quality checks of finished product.* Troubleshoot production errors using the root cause analysis process.* Maintain a clean and safe work area; sweeping floors and emptying trash as needed.* Check equipment for calibration and alert supervisors and management if equipment is out of calibration.EOE#IDIMGS## Qualifications***REQUIRMENTS:**** Machining or related work experience.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on feet for shift.* Mechanically inclined.* Ability to learn and train.* Attention to detail.* Good basic math and measurement skills.* DependableEOE
