The role at a glance

Location: Fairport, NY
Shift: C Shift, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Training: A Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) for at least 2 months before moving to C Shift

You will

Perform meticulous soldering on electronic components
Operate assembly equipment: hydraulic presses, drill presses, and welding machines
Rotate among work cells to keep production moving
Package finished assemblies; sustain a tidy, organized workstation
Adhere to quality procedures and support continuous improvement efforts

You bring

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 1 year in assembly or lean manufacturing
Demonstrated soldering proficiency
Comfort working toward daily output/target goals
Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring devices

Physical demands

Lift 20 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally
Stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
