RN Acute Med-Surgical Day and Night Shift, Full-Time

Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Med-Surgical to join a leading healthcare facility in Everett, Washington. This full-time role offers both day and night shift opportunities, providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit.

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with a variety of acute medical conditions. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, documentation, and care planning to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care strategies. Work closely with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control measures, and safety protocols. Respond promptly to emergency situations, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Active RN license in Washington. 1+ year of acute care medical-surgical experience preferred. BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a high-acuity environment. Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills.
