Registered Nurse (RN) Surgical/Trauma (Night Shift)

Location: Everett, Washington Position Type: Full-Time, Night Shift, Permanent

Verovian Healthcare Recruitment Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join the Surgical/Trauma Unit on the night shift at a top-tier healthcare facility in Everett, Washington. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide critical care to surgical and trauma patients in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Deliver patient-centered nursing care to individuals recovering from surgery and traumatic injuries. Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes with timely and appropriate interventions. Administer medications, assist in procedures, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care. Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment in high-acuity situations. Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes according to hospital policies and standards. Support patients and families with education and compassionate care throughout recovery. Promote a safe and healing environment during the night shift operations.

Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Minimum 12 years of acute care or surgical/trauma nursing experience preferred. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently on night shifts. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
