Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license, in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of current Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience
• BLS certification (required); additional certifications such as ACLS (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and time management abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care and monitor patient progress on the medical-surgical unit
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Perform assessments, implement care plans, and document nursing interventions
