Production Line Lead

Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Rotating Shifts)

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Production Line Lead to oversee night shift operations in our plastic manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to meet daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production line activities during assigned shift
• Lead, train, and support production team members
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
• Monitor production output and make adjustments to meet targets
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Communicate effectively with other shifts and management for smooth transitions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (plastic manufacturing preferred)
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and rotating schedules
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
