As a Security Officer Visitor Screening in MILAN , MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and maintain a professional presence. You will communicate clearly with employees and visitors, report security-related concerns, and help support an orderly environment. Pay Rate: $15.89 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unauthorized access and security-related concerns.
• Support compliance with site rules for employee, visitor, and delivery access while maintaining accurate records and professional communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
