• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analysis, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of Workday HCM or HRIS experience
• Experience supporting Benefits and Payroll modules
• Background in HRIS ticket management and system troubleshooting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Experience building Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary ticket handler for Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and internal HR systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve employee and system-related issues in partnership with HR and Payroll teams
• Support annual open enrollment activities, including system testing, configuration reviews, and data validation
• Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
• Assist with HRIS testing, documentation, system updates, and process improvements
• Identify recurring system issues and recommend long-term solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and efficient system functionality
