What to Expect In this role as a Trade-In Valuation Specialist within Used Car Operations, you'll play a key part in managing busy trade-in workflows through routine assessments, pricing calculations, and task evaluations that help customers switch seamlessly to their Tesla. Inspired by the group's achievements in producing precise, speedy work amid intense times and quarter-end sprints, you'll concentrate on elements like Final Offers, Estimates, Cases & Hotline support handling to cut back on slowdowns and facilitate prompt order turnarounds. Expect to offer immediate assistance to nearby Sales and Delivery groups on trade-in concerns and rapid corrections, adjusting to changing workloads by stepping in for coverage and helping with auction or wholesale activities when necessary. Through your efforts, you'll lower mistake levels, optimize procedures, and encourage group teamwork via hands-on troubleshooting, all while advancing daily efficiency and client contentment in a dynamic setting.
