Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral psychological assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform treatment strategies
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Perform client intake evaluations and participate in diagnostic assessments for autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions
• Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff on ABA techniques, data collection, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings and maximize client outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, adhere to HIPAA regulations, and manage medical records responsibly

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential
• Proven experience working with children, especially those with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders
• Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and functional assessment methods
• Experience conducting behavioral health evaluations, including diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities in home-based or school settings
• Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care and support
