Acute Wound Healing Specialist – Charleston, WV The Impact You’ll Make in This Role Serve as a consultative wound healing expert and primary contact for hospital wound care decision makers. Educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum solutions, expand therapy utilization, and coordinate patient transition of care. Responsibilities Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products. Attend procedures and placements in the hospital care setting. Deliver sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management. Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities. Educate clinicians on Solventum products, including in‑servicing. Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders. Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for and grow therapy adoption, including advanced solutions and new product introductions. Persuade key stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products. Provide customer support and service. Demonstrate proficiency upon successful completion of the sales training program. Leverage company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking. Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums. Requirements Use of personal vehicle for company business; completion of pre‑hire MVR review and ongoing eligibility per Solventum’s driver policy. Current, valid Driver’s License. Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience. OR High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience. Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment. Prior wound care or medical device sales experience. Expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (e.g., surgeons). Experience in territory management and business planning. Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas. Customer‑focused selling and closing skills. Experience navigating complex selling cycles. Completion of a formal sales training program. Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce). Experience with new product introductions and value analysis process. Outstanding data and analytical skills. Additional Qualifications (Optional) Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment. Prior wound care or medical device sales experience. Demonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (e.g., surgeons). Proven experience in territory management & business planning.
