Job Description

Alpha Helpdesk: First line of Support for Sourcing and Suppliers
Vendor Setup/Change Requests
Supply Chain Connect (SCC) Support
Payment Issue Resolution
Supplier Data Management
Management of Service Deliverables to SLA's
Training of resources on processes

Qualifications

Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written English)
General Purchasing System Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Customer Service
