Physical Therapist Assistant - Sign-On Bonus

Role: Physical Therapist Assistant responsible for providing treatment, exercise instruction, and patient education to enhance patient well-being following the established plan of care. Key Responsibilities Follow state-specific laws and supervise treatment plans set by the Physical Therapist Instruct and assist patients with exercises, gait, ADLs, transfers, safety, and prosthetic training Monitor, document, and report patient responses and condition changes to the healthcare team Educate patients, families, and caregivers within scope of practice Qualifications & Skills Current licensure, registration, or certification in physical therapy assistance CPR certification Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, reliable transportation Ability to work in diverse home environments and perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring Willingness to work weekends Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay ranges from $28.00 to $42.00, based on experience and location.
