Digital Marketing Specialist

Duration: Direct Hire Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,000K/annum Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, sales enablement activities, social media management, event coordination, and marketing operations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring marketing campaigns, collateral, trade shows, and communications are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position offers exposure to digital marketing, content strategy, event management, branding, and sales support while serving as a key contributor to the organization’s growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain social media channels. Develop, schedule, and publish monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals. Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and analytics to optimize campaigns. Coordinate production, inventory management, ordering, and distribution of marketing collateral for field sales teams. Support the creation, editing, and maintenance of marketing materials and branded assets. Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including logistics, shipping, vendor management, and event communications. Manage co-branded marketing projects from concept through final delivery while ensuring brand compliance. Support sales teams with presentation materials, promotional campaigns, and field marketing resources. Draft internal and external communications for stakeholders, partners, and leadership. Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, inventory records, and vendor communications. Assist with marketing operations, administrative projects, and special initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Specialist, or similar marketing support roles. Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and scheduling tools. Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, branding, and content development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project coordination and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, email marketing platforms, or basic graphic design preferred. Experience supporting sales teams through marketing collateral and promotional initiatives is highly desirable.
